Most of what I do starts the same way: somebody has a problem that eats their time, and I'd rather fix it than work around it.
I'm an independent travel advisor and the owner of Hoskins Travel. Running that business is what showed me how much of an advisor's week disappears into follow-ups, spreadsheets, and scattered inboxes. So I started building VENCRESA, a CRM made for travel advisors, with the goal of getting someone from sign-up to their first booked trip in under ten minutes. I also help new advisors get their own travel businesses off the ground.
Along the way I picked up a few more roads. I've run Idaho RVs 4 Rent for about three years. I handle sales in Idaho for Kyco, a full-service roofing, siding, paint, and drywall company, and seeing how many apps a roofing crew juggles led me to build Gem State CRM. I also build websites and apps for local businesses, mostly on Lovable and Supabase so I can ship quickly and keep improving.
Lately I've also been writing fiction. That one's just for fun, mostly.
